CRV AmBreed selects more than 100 high genetic merit young bulls every year to put through our Progeny Testing Scheme. World-class bulls like Magley, Pierre and Manhatten are graduates.

 

We provide farmers with complete AB packages such as:
• Team AmBreed for all round quality with a high genetic merit
• Flexipak to meet all budgets 
• Fast Forward on the progeny-test scheme
• Or farmers can nominate sires if they prefer

Our sires produce more than 1.5 million doses of semen annually – frozen and fresh.
We also cater for those clients who would like organic semen.

CRV AmBreed also has a wide range of other products and services to support its sire proving and semen sales business.

• Herd Testing and Recording
• Technician Services – certified technicians available to 90% of NZ.
• DIY AI courses for farmers
• Heat detection devices – EstroTect
• GeneScreen – a genetic screening programme

 

In 2000 CRV AmBreed won the Waikato Business Excellence award for businesses with more than $5 million turnover.
