Maunga's Legacy

Impact sire, Tawa Grove Maunga-ET SJ3 is retiring.  We have extremely limited stocks of Maunga and, as an appropriate send off we thought it only right that Maunga should continue to do good - even beyond the farm gate.  Final semen stocks will be auctioned with ALL proceeds going to the Red Cross Christchurch Earthquake Appeal. 

This is a great way to get cows you'll love while helping those we all love.  In addition, the lead bidder will also receive a special invitation to the CRV AmBreed centre to personally farewell Maunga including centre tour, flights, accommodation and some other special surprises.

How it will work:

1.  Register your bid at the bottom (per straw, excluding GST).  You'll also be asked to specify the number of straws you require at this bid amount

2.  Bidding closes at 6pm, Saturday 30 April 2011

3.  The highest bidder will get their requested number of straws at their bid amount.  Then the second-highest bidder gets their chance and so on until these straws are gone.  Stock is extremely limited

4.  Payment will be required by 20 May 2011 to pass onto the Red Cross, no discounts apply
