NAIT Information Provider OPT IN FORM

By opting in to use CRV Ambreed as your NAIT Information Provider we will send relevant information on animal movements from your INSIGHT records to NAIT, on your behalf.

Please note before opting in with CRV Ambreed you must register with NAIT to get your NAIT number. You can do this online at www.nait.co.nz.

Please ensure that the name and email address you provide below are the same details you used when registering as the 'Person in charge of Animals' (PICA) to get your NAIT number.

INSIGHT Details

You can choose to list your NAIT number against one or more participant codes, provided the locations/properties associated with these participant codes were listed against the NAIT number at the time of NAIT registration. If you have different NAIT numbers for your various properties/participant codes then you will need to complete an opt in form for each of the NAIT numbers.
