CRV assures customers that we continue to have essential service status and remain in a strong position to keep our staff and farmers safe, whilst continuing to provide a high level of service.
With the Government’s announcement that the Auckland region will remain at a Level 3 lockdown, and the rest of the country will remain at Level 2 until 26th August at this stage all of our operations will continue to run throughout the current alert levels, with safe practices in place, which include social distancing, personal protective equipment (PPE), staying home if staff are unwell, and all field-based staff (Field Consultants, Herd Testers and Artificial Breeding Technicians) calling clients in advance of visiting farms to work through a COVID risk assessment. Our office staff will work from home where possible and continue to be available during normal business hours to ensure all clients are fully supported.

Sales Field Consultants
Field Consultants are available via phone and will continue with field-based sales and services, including distribution. See below for contact information.
As an essential service, herd testing will continue through this August lockdown period. We have registered safe practices in place. Milk samples will continue to be processed and results available according to our usual timeframes and standards.
Artificial Breeding (AB)
Artificial insemination services for the coming AB mating season will continue as planned. Again, safe practice measures are in place to ensure all AB technicians operate within required guidelines.
We are confident we can work together as we implement the requirements for the COVID-19 response.
